4-Port AxisAir™ - Universal 4th & 5th Axis Rotary Union Kit

The 4-Port AxisAir™ 4^th/5^th Axis Rotary Union Kit is the only solution on the market to enable your 4^th/5^th Axis Rotary to have infinite rotation while passing through four fully-independent air lines. This is ideal to control our Pneumatic Self-Centering Vises, Pallet-Changing Systems, Third Party Air-Vises, or a wide-variety of other pneumatically-operated accessories.

The expanding pucks for the AxisAir™ are printed on demand to exactly fit your machine, and therefore the AxisAir product is non-returnable. 

This custom-made Rotary Union can fit into rotaries with internal bores as small as 36mm! An expanding plate that grips the rotating sleeve of your rotary from the inside makes this the most universal union on the market. Be sure to select the correct bore diameter for your rotary union (measure from the back side ID opposite of the platter; this ID should rotate with the 4th Axis rotation).

With our 1.500" and 2.000" Rotary Mounting Plate Options for our 75mm and 100mm Air Vises, you can pass air through the bottom of the vise through your fourth rotary platter with infinite rotation! The two base plates are drop-in compatible with Haas Air Vise Ready Provision Kits, as well.
