Machine Compatibility
Deployable IntraLoad™ Actuator
Just like all our products, the IntraLoad™ System works leveraging the kinematics of your existing 5-Axis Moving-Head CNC Mill. The system bolts either to the side or bottom of the Spindle Head.
The IntraLoad™ Actuator deploys downwards to allow clearance for pallet retrieval and Pneumatically tucks itself away when not in use. This way, it has no negative affects on 5-Axis Machining clearances. The System is pneumatic with optional interlock and position sensors.

For the most reliable pallet-grabbing possible, we leveraged the 5thAxis Low Profile Cleats with our own proprietary Compact High-Force Gripper System. This system is rated for 25lbs and has been tested to withstand 75lbs loads.

IntraShelf™ Shelving System
The shelving for Pallet-Loading Systems has always been complicated and expensive, full of safety interlocks and complications. Instead, the IntraShelf™ System put the shelving INSIDE of the machine, which is a kinematically accessible and safety-interlocked area.
Keeping the shelves clear from chips is surprisingly straightforward, with a variety of options available. The most to least effective options are (1) an internal Auto-Door, (2) a moving GuardPallet™, or (3) a directable coolant washdown system.

Helios on IntraLoad™
Another excellent option for workholding is the Helios System from Orange Vises. We recommend this system when using Soft Jaws in your IntraLoad machining operations.
The Helios is also an aluminum body with inserted rails. This system features quick-change soft jaws that make swapping between different vise configurations extremely fast.

Occasional Manual Setups?

Unlike a Haas Robot Pallet Loader (Haas RPL), IntraLoad™ requires no external robot or additional floor space. It provides CNC pallet automation using your machine’s spindle.
A CNC pallet-loading system is an automated system that manages multiple pallets for machining. IntraLoad™ creates an internal CNC pallet cell by integrating pallet storage and transfer inside your machine enclosure. The IntraLoad™ is able to accomplish pallet loading by cleverly leveraging your machine's existing kinematics combined with our patent-pending IntraActuator™ and internal shelving system.
Yes, IntraLoad™ is designed for incredibly low maintenance. It uses your machine’s existing kinematics, meaning that as long as your CNC Machine is maintained, there is very little to wrong on the IntraLoad™. The only regular maintenance required is wiping down the auto-door and greasing the linear rails.
Pricing for IntraLoad™ starts at $19,490, offering an affordable alternative to external Haas or DN Solutions pallet automation solutions. Typical systems with options usually cost approximately $30,000 (without workholding). With workholding included, most systems are still well under $50,000.
The number of pallet pools that the IntraLoad™ Pallet Pood system can support depends on the pallet size and machine model. For the UMC-500 with typical 6”x6” pallets with VA56 LiteVises, the system can support up to 9 pallets. For the Gen1/2 UMC-750, the system supports 10 pallets. For the Gen3 UMC-750, the system can support up to 16 pallets 6”x6” pallets.
The IntraLoad™ system is rated to 50 pounds per pallet. Each system is cycle-tested with 75-pound pallets.
