Description

Our Two-Line Pneumatic Rotary Union Kit is the best, fastest, and least expensive way to add a Rotary Union to a Haas UMC-500 or UMC-750 5-Axis Milling Machine.

Compare our price at $1,569 to Haas's "Air Vise Ready Provision" priced at $3,195 plus roughly $1500 in installation fees. Our system self-installs in about thirty minutes to an hour.

This kit lets you operate Pneumatic Vises, Part Flippers, or Pallet Systems on your five-axis CNC Machine with ease.

This kit comes with the following:

  • Rotary Union for 2.000" Bores (UMC-500 or 750)
  • Adapter Plate for UMC-500 or 750
  • Metal and Plastic Sealing Plates
  • DynaFlex Ultra Sealant
  • 50ft of 6mm Airline (25ft each of two colors)

You can either provide your own solenoid, or add one of our Instant Double Solenoid Kits:

  • Instant Double Solenoid Kit: M-Code Only (+ $569 to Kit Price)
  • Instant Double Solenoid Kit: w/ Pendant (+ $789 to Kit Price)

This kit can be installed on most other Five-Axis Machines with the machining of an adapter plate.
